We will facilitate requirements gathering sessions to learn about your business and its unique processes. We’ll uncover and document what information you’d like to capture and track in DonorHQ, and finalize the key performance metrics that you will need to report on.

Configuration
Once we’ve understood your business, we will configure DonorHQ accordingly. The QuickStart package will include configuring the following components.

We will provide user training on the configured DonorHQ environment and record them to guide your team to success. We’ll cover key concepts on how users will need to find, create and update information in DonorHQ. Participants will have hands-on exercises to reinforce business processes and drive adoption.
